Team Lead Support Worker based at a 9 Bed property Located in Herefordshire a Registered children's home for Young People with complex behaviours.

They are a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions.

You should recognise yourself here:
  • Be able to encourage young people towards a better understanding of their previous behaviour, thereby enabling them to improve their interpersonal functioning, first within the therapeutic home environment and ultimately in the wider community.
  • Friendly and passionate
  • Pleasant and supportive nature towards others
  • 1-year minimum experience as Lead in residential child care plus QCF CCYP3 or equivalent.
  • Driver (company provide a car during working hours) car required for remote location
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights and weekends)
  • Shift pattern is 2 on 4 off with advanced rotas in place.
