  • Cultivate and maintain an effective 'critical friend' relationship with Chief Market Officer and his direct reports
  • Develop sound understanding of the business drivers of the global markets and how that translates into the financials i.e. commercially literate finance
  • Financial Analysis & Performance Management
  • Produce monthly performance reports that meet the agreed timelines;
  • Produce reports that are succinct, focused and easy to understand;
  • Produce analysis that are insightful with the purpose to influence and drive action
  • Management Accounting
  • Ensure month ends are closed on time with high data quality and understanding of issues;
  • Ensure persistent issues are logged and addressed within the quarter;
  • Establish seamless process between individual submission and Group consolidation
  • Product Profitability & Pricing
  • Establish market by market analysis of products and their profitability;
  • Develop pricing strategies for each market which reflects the full market dynamics;
  • Actively help manage the product portfolio based on profitability and strategic rationale
  • Commercial Analysis & Decision Support
  • Produce commercial analysis to assess sales channel performance;
  • Produce cost analysis to identify short- and long-term cost management levers;
  • Produce sensitivity analysis to assess risk in performance delivery

  • Ensure strong process and rigour is place for data into GL;
