Out client is a very successful and established manufacturing company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Customer Service Manager (French Speaking).

The successful candidate will lead a growing team of customer service and telesales advisors at our client's busy office in Rugby

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring effective management and control of a team of sales and support advisors. Leading from the front in this fast paced environment your duties will include but is not limited to the following;

Manage the delivery of phone, email and online customer service, providing prompt help, advice and information to customers.
Process escalated customer service issues e.g complaints, delivery issues, product failures
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key customers
Provide accurate weekly, monthly reports on & customer service performance
Motivate, manage and co-ordinate the team
Communicate with international customers (French Speaking)Candidate:

You will have excellent customer service, sales and line management skills and ideally you will have some form of manufacturing industry experience.

Applicants will have strong leadership skills and you will demonstrate a hands on approach to management.

You will be a fluent french speaker with excellent written English and French written communication skills.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
