This exciting new role is to provide technical expertise in post-sale quality support issues and services. Gain a solid understanding of the customer's technical requirements and ability to resolve customer issues and communicate appropriate solutions. Lead the technical investigation and resolution of any post-sales technical issues in a manner that helps retain our valuable customers.

The ideal candidates will have a mechanical / engineering degree but this is not essential as full training will be provided, have the ability to build relationships with clients to help best support them during the manufacturing process, have customer service experience and have worked in a manufacturing business previously.

If, in addition to the above, you can speak a second language (Italian, German, Spanish, French or other European language) and have a knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding and/or 3D printing, then this would be an amazing opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

·Respond to all customer concerns relating to quality of service and quality of products via all methods of communication.

·Diagnose post sales quality issues by working cross-departmental, to research symptoms and root causes associated with customer complaint, determining a course of action and communicate plan with internal teams and customer

·Support manufacturing in pre-shipment quality or process issues

·Promptly and accurately address technical questions including resin, mouldability and part design issues once trained

·Communicate customer issues by properly documenting in the CRM system

·Maintain department SLA responsiveness guidelines set on all customer (internal and external) issues

Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

·Experience in a customer facing role

·Confident verbal and written communication skills, across different levels of business professionals

·Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and customer trust

·Ideally a good understanding of the general concept of the plastic injection moulding process would be beneficial

·Experience with 3D CAD modeling software, SolidWorks or equivalent is highly desired but not essential

·Worked with inspection measuring instruments. including calipers, micrometers and height gauges

·Background in Quality Control inspection techniques and documentation methods would be beneficial

·Experienced with MS Office products

·Relevant degree

Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week and excellent benefits and free parking.
