Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Controller to work within a growing business based on Birmingham Business Park.

Duties of the role will include:
  • Managing and developing a small team
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Preparation of audit pack
  • Providing variance analysis and management information
  • VAT returns
  • Continuous process review and improvement
  • Monthly sales reports and analysis
  • KPI reporting
  • Business partnering across departments

Skills, requirements, qualifications
  • Fully qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA
  • Experience working in a small business
  • Could be first mover from practice
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Excel Skills
