I am working with a lovely business with a great office space and location who is looking for a Finance Administrator who will form part of a small finance team.

This will suit an outgoing person with a good sense of humour that has good attention to detail. Being in control of the office is a big task as your organisational skills have to be "top notch" but you will have a great opportunity that someone with train you up in finance, so the mentoring experience in this job is invaluable.

Typical duties will be.
  • Marinating the office
  • Being front of house (when needed) meeting & greeting internal stakeholders
  • Maintain proficiency in excel, outlook, power point
  • Credit Control & Purchase Ledger
  • Maintaining ledgers on a weekly basis
  • Processing bank payments and reconciling back accounts
  • Collection of group tasks as directed by the Financial Controller.

Lets be honest, we spend a lot of time at work and getting the right balance of work and play can be difficult to find, This is one of these jobs that you will have fun at work, feel integral to the team rather just being an "administrator" and have an invaluable mentor training you on all day to day finance operations.
