IT Service Desk Analyst
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst. The role will be joining a large company, who operate in various different areas and are based in Burton on Trent. You must be able to drive due to the location.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line support across the business. You will be joining a team of Analysts so the support required will be split in terms of the amount of people each Analyst looks after.
Duties will include:
Resolving hardware and software queries
Support with mobile devices
Supporting a user base of around 300 people
Potential to drive to other sites when required
The successful candidate should have previous IT support experience, at Assistant or Analyst level. It would be advantageous if you have experience of AD, Exchange and also working with mobile devices.
