A forward-thinking boutique recruitment agency based in Birmingham city centre are eager to bring in a new wave of talent! Due to strong performance in the last 2 years, they are looking to grow the team to an office of around 25 people with a mixture of 360 recruitment consultants, 180 business development consultants, and 180 resourcing consultants. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to focus solely on candidate resourcing OR business development - this role could be for you!

You will be joining an established organisation with over 25 years of experience in the office. They boast an exciting client base which allows them to compete with some of the largest recruitment consultancies across the UK. The client specialise in Sales and Marketing roles across a range of sectors, such as IT, Construction, Aerospace and Defence, FMCG, Office Support, and more.

The ideal candidate will have atleast 6 months experience in a Recruitment consultant position, the more experience, the higher salary on offer. The client are moving towards a more moden way of recruitment as opposed to traditional 360 consultants. The emphasis here is on sticking to your strengths, if you prefer candidate resourcing and dislike the cold calling of BD sales, a 180 delivery consultant is what they can offer. On the other hand, if you absolutely love sales, BD and building rapport with clients, then you can move into a Business Development Consultant role where you will solely source business and pass down any vacancies gathered to the delivery team.

This business plan will allow consultants to focus on the side of recruitment they enjoy most. So far, it has proven successful and hence they are looking to grow the team. There are also a number of incentives on offer, such as quarterely days out with the team (escape rooms, canoeing, sporting events), 1pm Friday finishes, option to buy holidays, flexible working hours, + more!
