Job Details:

?? Be a pivotal support to the Hotels & Revenue Team, enabling them to deploy sales driving activity and drive revenue in each of the businesses.

?? Analyse volume and rate performance on an ongoing basis for input into marketing activity for driving further revenue and shaping long term strategy.

?? To monitor challenge key changes in activity or trends in booking / sales patterns and advise on appropriate action based on performance & analysis review.

?? Evaluate, analyse and report on the effectiveness of all hotel revenue & marketing activity and advise on key learnings to aid future activity decision.

?? Lead weekly / periodic forecasting and the annual hotels budget process, with a firm understanding of trends, market performance and future activity plans.

?? Build a full understanding of all available data sources within the hotels function to ensure the team capitalise on all data and insight available.

?? Further develop reporting suite to enable the monitoring and review of performance in order to identify further sales opportunities both through hotel revenue, meetings & events and associated in pub food & drink spend.

Key Skills:

?? An enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude, capable of working on their own initiative.

?? An ability to work quickly and accurately without supervision and a well organised, structured and logical approach is essential.

?? Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with experience in data modelling and report building.

?? Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data.

?? CIMA / ACCA qualified preferred.

?? Previous knowledge and experience in hotel pricing concepts, channel mix management & yield optimisation beneficial.
