The Position:
Bailey Care Services are looking to appoint an outstanding experienced Recruiter to lead a fast growing location in the group. The key function of this role is ensuring a ready supply of temporary workers are available and suitable to the temporary assignments the branch has to offer. You will be responsible for establishing a client base, approaching and attracting new clients, attracting suitable candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent positions at our clients' request.
As a Manager you will attract candidates by advertising via a range of media as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You will be responsible for screening candidates, arranging interviews, coordinating training and inductions and taking candidates though the recruitment process up to their start date. .The lead will be responsible for supporting the development of recruitment skills within the branch teams, with support of the in-house Training Team, Talent Acquisitions Team and Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience of business development: this will include advertising, able to build rapports with local companies and third party agencies successfully. These include:
local hospitals, Job centres, training establishments and attendance of dedicated careers and industry specific events. You will need to be able to plan for these events and develop recruitment strategies to attract candidates.

??Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising after a year to 33 days inclusive of statutory holidays.

We have care division branches across the areas of Worthing, Wiltshire, Swindon, Oxfordshire, Poole and Newport and while the role is based at our Newport branch, travel to other sites and our group training centre and head office in the West Midlands will be required as part of the role.
