We are a law firm based in Walsall, recognised for the exceptional legal aid work that we do.
We are looking for a
Legal Aid Billing Co-Ordinator
in a stand alone role to ensure the Legal Aid business function that is vital to our business is managed, accurate and efficient. This is not an accounting role, but you will have a strong eye for details and a good work ethic with experience of the Legal Aid billing function, This is an exciting role and essential to the successful running of our business,
• Checking Legal Aid files against time recording to ensure all work done
• Checking file notes for travel claims to match work done
• Bill processing through the CCMS Portal
• Allocation of monies received
What sort of person are we looking for?
You’ll be well organised. This is a busy department, and you’ll improve and progress in this role and become a vital member of staff, so we need someone who has the desire to see their career and skills develop. You will benefit from working with a large national firm which still retains it’s small company family feel.
