Preceptor Case Manager, Full Time, Remote, Up to GBP45,000pa

I am exclusively working with a leading Case Management company, who, due to continual growth and success, are looking to appoint a Preceptor Case Manager to join the team on a full time basis (37.5 hours, Monday - Friday).

Your role as a Preceptor Case Manager will be to guide and preceptor fellow Case Managers from various disciplines who are HCPC or NMC registered in understanding the litigation process and requirements and maintain quality standards. Case managers are located in multiple areas of the UK.

You will also be required to hold your own small complex caseload; to maintain your practical experience and therefore, time management skills are essential, which forms part of your preceptor role.

A background within Complex Case Management and a comprehensive understanding of the BABICM and CMSUK Competency Framework and work at advanced level is desirable, but not essential.

This opportunity will allow you to work remotely, using various mediums, however you must be committed to travelling to the Head Offices or Kent offices when required to do so.

You must have relevant experience gained over a number of years of case managing catastrophic complex injuries to include Brain and Spinal Injuries, providing rehabilitation programmes and support to increase independent functioning at all levels and re-engagement with the community and life.

Comprehensive training will be provided with support to maintain your CPD and registration.

A full UK driver's license and access to your own car is essential, candidates must also be confident drivers and willing to cover a large locality, when necessary.
