Customer Service (Dutch Speaking) - Warwick
Role: Service Desk Agent (Dutch speaking)
Location: Warwick with option to work from home 2 days a week
Rate: GBP14 per hour
Duration: 12 months initial contract
- Must have excellent Dutch language skills
- Receive and record support calls/emails from end users
- Update incident resolutions in the Ticketing tool.
- Provide initial assessment on all support calls.
- Escalate to appropriate supervisor when needed and monitor progress.
- Follow-up with supervisor to support teams for timely completion of tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ensuring responses and resolutions to all the incidents and service requests
