As a 1st Line Support Engineer (Azure) you shall have previously supported:
- Microsoft Office (Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
- Windows 7/Windows 10
- Active Directory
- Desktop Support
Training and Certifications in Azure!
As a 1st Line Support Engineer (Azure), you will be supporting external customers on a range of support calls at both desktop and server level.
You shall also be monitoring the customers' azure environment as well as raising tickets and escalating calls as necessary.
