Time Recruitment is assisting a supported living and nursing service with recruitment for its Nursing Home Manager for a stunning renovated service located in Bushby, Wolverhampton.

We are currently seeking experienced Nursing Home Manager with experience of budget management, commissioning of new homes, recruitment and retention of clinical and non-clinical staff and overall successful management of a medium-sized 50 bedded nursing facility.

The facility is solely nursing; with 3 separate units, one a specialist dementia facility, another a general nursing unit and a palliative care unit in which the aim is to assist it in achieving in gold standards frameworks. The service is set to open in September with admissions and assessments being currently completed.

The ideal Nursing Home Manager candidate for the role is as follows:

* Minimum of 4 years Nursing Home Management experience
* RGN/RMN qualified Level 5 in Management
* Experience of successful CQC scores and running of compliant facilities

Your role as a Nursing Home Manager will be autonomous and you will be granted the decision making capability to make a real difference and lead from the front; using your nursing expertise to guide the array of permanent nursing staff and support workers within your large team.

Your budget will be extensive allowing you the ability to make effective changes that suit your service user's needs; we are looking for a Nursing Home Manager with extensive experience and ability to achieve results and propel the service to 'outstanding' level with CQC

Nursing Home Manager applicants will have a person-centred focus, be experienced, approachable, have excellent leadership skills and be adaptable to this companies' policies and procedures.
