1st Line Support Engineer (O365 & Azure) - Training and Certification in ITIL and Azure!

A 1st Line Support Engineer (O365 & Azure) is required for a Microsoft Gold Partner, who migrate from Legacy and On-Prem solutions into the Cloud on the Azure and O365 platform. They are offering exciting training opportunities in Azure and ITIL!

As a 1st Line Support Engineer (O365 & Azure) you will;

- Have previous Technical knowledge and experience (Apprentice/Internship/Support role)

- Be driven and eager to learn!

- Have basic experience supporting W7/10 and Microsoft Office suite

As a 1st Line Support Engineer (O365 & Azure) you will be supporting external customers at both desktop and server level, including issues with O365 and Windows Servers.

You will be based in the Birmingham office, raising calls and escalating tickets as necessary.
