We are looking for a Deputy Care Manager to assist the Registered Care Manager of a 2 Bed EBD Home(Children and Young People 8 -18 yrs old)
Based in Norton Stoke on Trent ST10 4DB
You wil meet the needs of the children and young people
You will assist the Manager develop the staff
An hourly rate for hours worked, work 5 shifts one week and 2 the next as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (followed by a sleep as and when required) Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday (followed by a sleep as and when required)
GBP10-GBP10.25 per Hour GBP25,500-GBP26,000
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
You must have Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent
Previous concerns dismissals or convictions must be disclosed
  • The post requires the holder to work on a shift pattern as part of a rota. Sleep in duties will be included, as well as working weekends and bank holidays when required.
  • The post requires the holder to have a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check at all times.
  • On occasion you may be required to change your rota at a given notice as per your contract. This is to ensure the contingencies of the service are covered. This may also include covering additional shifts as emergency cover.
