We are looking for a Team Leader to Lead a Solo SHB Unit in Bentilee Stoke ST2 0EU
You must be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
Hold a Level 3 Children and Young Peoples Workforce qualification or equivalent
We must be aware of any dismissals concerns or criminal convictions.
GBP10.60 per hour GBP26,700 per annum
You will be paid for sleep on top
Paid an hourly rate for hours worked, work 5 shifts one week and 2 the next as follows: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Sunday (followed by a sleep as and when required) Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday (followed by a sleep as and when required)
You will lead the home in the absence of the Deputy Manager
You will meet the needs of the Young Person.
You will assist the manager in developing the staff
You will have good supervisory and leadership skills
You will effectively allocate resourses
Help promote the effective operation of the home
  • The post requires the holder to work on a shift pattern as part of a rota. Sleep in duties will be included, as well as working weekends and bank holidays when required.
  • The post requires the holder to have a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service check at all times.
  • On occasion you may be requested to change your rota at a given notice as per your contract. This is to ensure the contingencies of the service are covered. This may also include covering additional shifts as emergency cover.
