The role will involve: * Processing orders using a bespoke software system * Producing invoices * Calling customers on a daily/weekly basis to take orders * Answering the telephone and taking customer orders * General administration work Requirements and prospects Desired skills The ideal candidate will: * Have experience using a computer * Have an eye for detail * Be an effective communicator * Be confident when speaking on the telephone * Have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Personal qualities * Friendly and welcoming individual who is happy to help (both customers, and the wider team) * Outgoing and helpful personality * Punctual and reliable * A team player Desired qualifications Have a grade C/4 or above in GCSE maths and English (or equivalent). Future prospects Possible progression within the company for the right candidate. Things to consider The Apprenticeship has been listed as a Standard. This means at the end of the Apprenticeship you will be asked to undertake an End Point Assessment (EPA). An EPA for Customer Service Practitioner can include: * Showcase * Observations * Discussions This will be discussed further upon interview.
