TEAM LEADER - CHILDREN WITH SOCIAL/EMOTIONAL DIFFICULTIES (EBD/SEMH)
GREAT SHIFT PATTERN: 2 on, 3 off , 2 on, 3 off, 2 on , 4 off.
SALARY: CIRCA GBP27,000.00 PER ANNUM FOR FULL TIME POST (INCLUDES ALL BONUSES BELOW)
All FULL TIME staff are on 173 hours a month average and receive GBP40 for a sleep in's and GBP20 for on call - IF YOU WORK AN EXTRA HOUR, YOU GET PAID FOR THAT EXTRA HOUR!! More beneficial than set salary - if you do any extra hours- you get paid for them!

THE OPPORTUNITY -TEAM LEADER
- Lead your team to be skilled in delivering in a residential childcare team within a high performing SEMH home
- Deliver quality driven residential childcare provisions
- Support your team to offer quality therapeutic model of positive behaviour support
- Help to create a fun, respectful and child centred home for children / young people with social and emotional difficulties
- Sound working knowledge of current residential childcare legislation
- Effective communicator, good listener with the skills to help create a good humoured, structured and consistent model of care to include appropriately challenging behaviours through positive parental style therapeutic support
- Knowledge of mental health conditions in children and young people
- Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, report writing and all other relevent paperwork
- Communications with other agencies, families and other contacts
- Hold relevant QCF Level 3 CYP
- Be willing to undertake further professional development into Deputy Manager role and Level 5 qualification
- Car driver
