An established, innovative, forward-thinking organisation, are seeking experienced administrators to join their busy Administration Team at their office in Kenilworth.

The role will involve administration and customer service duties including:
- Processing and checking documents
- Checking & processing ID
- Carrying out electronic searches
- Chasing for outstanding information by phone and email
- Opening bank accounts
- Printing & packaging
- Taking calls from customers and resolving queries

Suitable candidates will have:
- great communication skills, both spoken and written
- experience of working in an administration role within a service industry
- outstanding customer service skills.
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- computer literacy including proficiency in word and excel

These are full time permanent positions working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
