National Express have recently expanded its service to include National Express Accessible Transport (NEAT). This service provides accessible transport that connects customers with accessibility needs to see friends, family and the ability to access a range of activities, which without our help, would not be possible.

We have an exciting new opening in our Customer Service Centre in Wednesbury.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and caring telephone manner, attention to detail and the ability to actively and flexibly handle requests from our customers to ensure all their needs are met.

This is a rewarding role with the flexibility of a 2 shift rota, that would suit someone looking for a part time opportunity. Our start times are no earlier than 9:30am or 10:30am finishing at 12:45pm or no later than 13:45pm. This is on a 5 working days from 6 including Saturdays as an occasional required working day.

Day to day you will be..
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a caring and supportive manner to ensure all our customers receive the highest level of customer service
  • Excellent local knowledge, to enable the service and scheduling to be efficient
  • Identifying existing customers that may wish to travel, learning more about our customers to promote new and existing locations for the customers to visit and enjoy.
  • With a good understanding of Microsoft, electronically record the customers journey and any data entry tasks as and when they arise
  • A team player with the willingness to complete any additional duties that may be necessary for the smooth and efficient running of our customer service.
