We are really excited to be moving to our new building in Northampton. With a bigger premises and a dedicated reception we are now looking to expand our facilities team with the addition of a full time Receptionist.

About the Role:

In this position you would report to the Facilities Manager and you will be the first impression of Staysure to all our Team Members, Visitors and Stakeholders.

Being the warm welcome to everyone arriving at the office is one of the important remits of this role along with establishing and building relationships however, there are a lot of responsibilities that fall within this opportunity. The front of house duties will also include attending to the needs of visitors, notifying people of their guest's arrival and pass activation. Another large element of the post will be managing all aspects of the allocation of parking for both team members and visitors as well as working with the Facilities Manager and HR to ensure the company parking policy is being adhered to.

Administration tasks also fall under your responsibility, supporting the Facilities team in the first instance and managing other tasks such as the internal post and parcels received as well as franking and preparing outgoing post. The administration support you would be offering could also support various departments across the business.

About You:

You will be driven to work in an ever changing environment and be excited to be part of the Staysure journey. You will also have previous experience in a receptionist role as well as have experience within an administrative position. Organisation and establishing processes to support with the ever changing demands of the business will be high on your agenda but you will need to be able to show adaptability as the business focuses progress.

To succeed in this role, you will be reliable, have excellent communication and organisational skills and have experience of managing a reception and the administrative duties that come with this.
