Job Description

Your Day to Day Duties will be:
  • General admin duties; invoices, filing, typing
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking events/transportation
  • Typing reports on Word/Excel
  • Ensuring all reports are up to date

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for the Administrator role you must have:
  • Must have construction/building services background
  • A professional appearance at all times
  • A confident approach and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • A Polite telephone manor
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability to priorities tasks
  • A can do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

What's on Offer
With this role you will receive
  • £18,000 - £21,000
  • Hours - Monday to Friday with the option of working 8.30-5.00 or 9.00-5.30
