A unique opportunity has arisen for a warm and engaging Administrator to join a small and welcoming team in Kings Norton. This is a progressive role to lead into office management for the right candidate.

In this role, you will join a professional yet down to earth team in a successful business. This role will really suit someone who enjoys processes and reporting, is happy to organise their own time, likes working independently and is happy when speaking to a wide range of people both internally and externally.

The role itself will involve ensuring all company courses are kept up to date for all individuals who require training in the manufacturing industry. This will involve running through any compliance issues, managing data, coordinating audit runs, chasing any missing information and cross-checking confidential data.

You will also manage the database and this will also involve contacting clients and customers from multiple different backgrounds to book onto courses and answer any queries and update the system as required. Therefore, you will need to have good organizational skills, strong attention to detail and be proactive when solving problems.

This is a permanent role and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately. The role will pay up to £23,000.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience; have a proactive and adaptable mind-set and be a real team player.
