We are a small, friendly but rapidly growing company based near Pershore, Worcestershire

Due to our consistent high growth we are now looking for an enthusiastic, determined individual who would enjoy being an integral part of a small team with varying responsibilities. You will help start and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers identifying and maximising sales opportunities and customer retention

Full training will be provided and If candidates don't have experience, they need to have the right aptitude and personality to succeed within a sales environment

The starting salary is £15-18k per annum based on experience plus bonuses with an OTE of £20/25k+ but is essentially uncapped bonus/commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to prospective customers to ascertain their service requirements

• Passing on of leads and setting of appointments for Sales Director

• Help manage a diverse portfolio of customers

• Focus on growing and developing customers and reactivating old accounts

• Administration functions supporting the above responsibilities including Customer Care as required

• Organise and plan your time to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Build relationships both internally and externally

Essential Skills:

• An excellent telephone communicator with a confident personal approach

• Dynamic and proactive attitude

• Target driven with a strong desire to succeed

• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to plan and organise own workload efficiently

• Ability to work as a team as well as individually

• Computer literate

• Opportunity to attend a variety of training courses and conferences throughout the year.

Details of the role:

• Monday - Friday / 8.45am-5.15pm

• Monthly Sales Incentives

• Good annual holiday and flexibility

• Home working might be considered pending experience after training period
