A challenging behaviour setting in Telford is looking for an experienced LSA to provide cross school behaviour support on a long-term basis.

The role is 5 days a week and to start ASAP, with the role likely lasting for the rest of the term.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support pupils out of the classroom, with pastoral and personal development
* Manage behaviour of pupils sent out of class, freeing up other TAs
* Patrol school working with pupils not in class, for whatever reason

Required Skills & Experience:

* ESSENTIAL - Previous experience working with teenagers
* ESSENTIAL - Strong behaviour management, with evidence of experience with de-escalation (training or experience)
* ESSENTIAL - A "team player" attitude with a positive and flexible approach to work
* DESIRED - Experience within an SEMH school or setting

The Milk Difference:

* Excellent rates of pay.
* Direct links to local schools.
* Dedicated Consultants who will cater for your employment needs with 24/7 availability.
* Commitment to quality and safeguarding.
* 24/7 support for interview and lesson observation preparation.
