ADMINISTRATION. BASED IN COVENTRY. £17,500+ BONUS

My client has an exciting opportunity to join their company as an administrator based in Coventry. The role is varied, and you be responsible for all areas of administration to help the running of a very successful business.

[Responsibilities]
  • Attend to enquires over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Assist all departments with general administration duties
  • Handle complaints and deal with these queries in a timely manner
  • Prepare training material
  • Accurately and timely collate information from documents and information provided
  • Follow compliance procedures
  • Be the face of the company-provide excellent customer service

[Skills]
  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • Knowledge of MS office, data bases and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • Ability to work under your own imitative but also within a team
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrate a professional, positive, can-do attitude
