Are you interested in joining an established provider of affordable housing with over 30,000 homes across the Midlands? If so, this housing provider is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Compliance team on an immediate, temporary basis.

To be successful in the role of Compliance Administrator you will:
• Have excellent customer service skills when handling inbound and outbound calls
• Have knowledge of repairs and servicing requirement to housing stock
• Experience of analysing and regularly updating data using Microsoft Packages including Word and Excel
• Be responsible for assisting the team when providing general administrative support

As a Compliance Administrator, you will also have:
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Excel, you must be able to use formulas and create spreadsheets confidently
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with basic qualifications in Maths and English
• Knowledge of electrical safety and Social Housing is desirable
