Your new role
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR administrative service to the organisation. Key duties will include recruitment administration, producing offers and contracts, onboarding and inductions. Other responsibilities will include maintaining the HR database, absence monitoring, processing changes to t&c's and producing HR management reports.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a HR Administrator who is well organised, strong administrative skills and has great attention to detail. The client will also consider someone with limited HR experience or a HR graduate who is keen to develop a career in HR and has a willingness to learn.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of GBP18,000 to GBP20,000 DOE. This a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive organisation with the opportunity to develop in the role.
