Administration Assistant (Lettings) / Housing Administrator - 12 Month FTC

Salary: Circa - GBP20,000 per annum

Based: Walsall, West Midlands

Contract: 12 Month FTC

One of their five strategic aims is to 'deliver high quality homes and services for their customers'. With this in mind; they are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Lettings Team on a 12 month FTC.


This role is required to support the team in delivering a quality service to their customers that is professional and responsive, whilst dealing with the administrative function that supports the Lettings team.


In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide a range of administrative services and deal with the day-to-day Lettings issues, whilst adhering to processes and procedures.


They are looking for someone with the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload particularly when faced with conflicting pressures and demands. You must also have a co-operative, flexible and productive approach and good working knowledge of administrative functions within housing.
