My client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work in their Redditch based offices.

The successful candidate will have experience within a manufacturing organisation

Job description

* Deal with customers face to face and on the telephone
* Logistics administration and dealing with couriers
* Updating CRM system and helping with Sales orders
* Escalate and drive forward any orders
* Manage and maintain the updates of the Sales Order Log to ensure continuity of process and reporting
* Assist the Directors with adhoc reporting and commission/order queries
* Reconcile orders
