Part-time Corporate Receptionist (Mornings)
Are you an experienced, corporate receptionist looking for part-time work? Do you want a busy and exciting role but have that life/work balance? If so, Katie Bard may have the role for you!
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist to work 8.30-12.30pm Monday-Friday in a professional yet caring environment in the heart of the centre city. Based in stunning, modern offices, this role will involve full management of the reception space.
You will meet and greet all visitors, signing in and alerting the correct member of staff, deal with all incoming calls, manage the meeting rooms and assist with general administration. This is a busy and exciting environment so you will need to be adaptable and able to prioritise under pressure.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will have strong corporate reception experience (ideally within the professional services) and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
This is a 12m FTC and the take home salary will be GBP10,000 (GBP20,000 as a full time equivalent).
