Bell Cornwall Recruitment are current supporting a rapidly growing Professional Services Business based in Bromsgrove, who are looking to add a HR Advisor to their friendly and established HR team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor role will be a generalist position, taking full responsibility for operational HR to include ER and HR Projects, and due to the growth of the business through acquisition, it will have a strong focus on TUPE and Restructure.
Responsibilities of the HR Advisor will include:
- Managing all ER issues: from investigations, to hearings and appeals
- Managing Performance issues with managers
- Managing all flexible working applications for start to finish
- Leading on employee benefits to include health care, cash plan and pensions
- Managing the starter and leaver process
- Supporting on Recruitment and selection, liaising with line managers and external agencies
- Involvement in strategic HR projects in driving the business forward
The ideal candidate will have worked in a HR Advisor role previously, and will have a strong practical knowledge of TUPE, Restructure, and Redundancy; with a minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent).
