HR Business Partner
Our client, a global business is seeking a commercially focused HR Business Partner.
You will work as part of a wider HR team, reporting into the Divisional Head of HR. You will act as a strategic business partner for senior leaders, challenging their thinking and balancing risks and opportunities to help the business find the right solution.
We are keen to speak with commercially focused HR professionals who thrive in fast paced environments and are passionate about helping to drive forward the people agenda.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking to speak with you if you can demonstrate the following;
- HR Business Partner experience, supporting senior stakeholders and driving forward HR strategy
- Pay & Reward - experience of devising reward strategies that align to market standard, and that makes the business stand out as a competitive employer.
- Employee Engagement - aligning reward initiatives and solutions that deliver business benefit and at the same time engage and retain employees
- You will be flexible and dynamic and have the energy, commitment and resilience to achieve your targets in challenging and evolving environments
- Highly credible and able to influence outcomes with a proven track record of delivering excellence.
- Experience with using analytics and data to inform routine decision making
- Understand how your own work impacts the bigger picture and able to make judgements based on the bigger picture
- Innovative, open minded and progressive in thinking
- Able to manage complex HR initiatives, proven project management skills
