Are you passionate about creating, delivering and managing projects within Fleet Procurement? Then this is the role for you.

An established provider of affordable housing within the Black Country area is immediately seeking a Project Manager within the Fleet Procurement Division to make an immediate impact on a 6 Month Fixed Term basis.

As a Project Manager, your key duties will be:

Ensure project teams and suppliers delivery key actions as well as effectively managing allocated projects
Provide timely project progress and product robust business bases with cost benefit analysis
Ensure key stakeholders are consistently informed with project progress as well as working with internal customers to understand needs and requirements
Lead the Project Team to define and create the ITT Structure, Qualitative Questionnaires and Requirement Specification documents by tight deadlines for insertion into the ITT by the Procurement Team
Organise Supplier Tenderer presentations as well as organising Evaluation Panels
Assisting the Business and Transport Manager when creating reports for the Procurement Supplier Tender
As a Project Manager, you will also have:
• Recent experience of creating, planning, co-ordinating and delivering projects
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with the ability to build relationships
• High levels of resilience, the ability to work under pressure and ensure priorities are put in place
• Excellent report writing skills and IT Skills
• Confidence when working with Senior Stakeholders and challenging at all levels
