Here at Yodel we deliver more than just parcels we deliver a great experience when it comes to your career too. We are looking to recruit a Training Manager to ensure our operational training programs are delivered to the highest standard across our Transport and Sort Network.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with drive and a passion for training to work autonomously within a fast moving business where you can really make an impact. You will be the first line of support for driver and sort trainers across our transport hubs ensuring all legislative and regulatory training is fully compliant whilst designing a variety of operational training programs to suit operational requirements.

Essential Experience you will be Required to demonstrate:

· Operational training experience within logistics and supply chain industry

· Experience working within a large multi-site training function.

· Knowledge of legal and regulatory training requirements

· CPC holder would be advantageous

· Positive attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment

· Outstand stakeholder management skills putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

· Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multitask

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong IT skills, experience in working with Word / Excel and Power Point.

· Flexibility to travel across the Yodel network as required

· Full UK Driving licence
