Our well-established clients based in Pershore are recruiting for an experienced Office Assistant/Administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will ideally have a proactive and forward-thinking approach to their work and experience working in a similar role- 2 years. Experience of SAGE an advantage but not essential.
- Handling all incoming calls and dealing with day to day enquiries
- Purchasing of office supplies
- Processing invoices
- Liaising with customers and following up on orders
- General adhoc administration tasks including emails, filing, general correspondence
- Experience working in a similar role is essential
- A knowledge of SAGE would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent IT skills
- A good communicator at all levels (both verbal and written)
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible team player
Salary: up to GBP19k. dep. on experience +company benefits.
Hours of work: Full time Monday - Friday
