Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading business in their search for a permanent HR Assistant. The role will be based in Stafford and has a salary of between GBP19k-GBP21k.

This is a Brilliant development role for a strong HR Administrator looking to take that next step in their HR career. This role sits within a strong HR team who will work closely with this role to ensure maximum development.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

??Ensure all HR queries are dealt with effectively.
??Carry out administrative duties relating to recruitment, inductions, training and development.
??Supporting the HR team with ER issues including giving advice minute taking and also writing relevant correspondence.
??Support the engagement and communication activities across the site.

We are looking for:

??Proven background in a HR role in a fast paced environment.
??Must be able to demonstrate experience in dealing with ER issues and also recruitment activity.
??Excellent communication skills, having the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
??Have the ability to align HR tasks operational requirements.
