ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with an IT solutions provider, assisting them with the search for a Technical Support Engineer to work on an end client site. The successful candidate will be the primary point of escalation for the company's support issues after its been logged by the Service Desk team. The role will be varied, meaning an all-rounder is required - will be supporting both infrastructure and network solutions.

Key Skills & Experience Required
*Candidates must be a technical IT 'all-rounder'
*Experience within a 2nd / 3rd line support environment
*End user support experience
*Windows/Microsoft stack
*Networking
*Installing applications
*Rebuilding servers
*Strong stakeholder management skills
