The Opportunity

You will be working as part of a team as a Purchase Ledger Administrator where your responsibilities will include:

Process purchase invoices, scanning invoices to the system

*

Print and process bonuses/sundry invoices

*

Issue payments, petty cash, dealing with queries

*

Scan invoices to the system

*

Monthly statement reconciliations

*

Payment runs

*

Query resolution

*

Ad hoc duties

This role would suit a candidate who thrives working in a busy, fast paced environment. You will have excellent communication and numeracy skills, well organised with a methodical approach and have accurate data entry skills.
