I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to join my client and take responsibility for a children's residential home near to Tamworth.
This beautiful home is set within a quiet village and is conveniently located near to a country park.
This is a small but established company that operate modern homes with each service being completely refurbished and made fit for purpose.
Due to the location of the home benefiting from being only a few minutes' drive away from the motorway, it is easily accessible for larger towns and cities to include; Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull and Leicester to name a few.

The Position:
As the Registered Manager, you will be required to take ownership of the home. Your duties will include, but are not limited to;
  • Complete all administration surrounding finance, payroll, expenses etc.
  • Work to improve and maintain the home's OFSTED rating
  • Take the lead on recruitment
  • Establish and build on relationships with external professionals
The Person:
I am looking to speak to both existing Managers who are looking for a new challenge and also Deputies who are looking for their first step into management.
- NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care as minimum, Level 5 Diploma would be advantageous
- Background of managing a staff team within a residential environment
- Excellent knowledge of OFSTED requirements and current legislations
*A Full UK Driving License is required
