Our client is a well-established manufacturer based on the outskirts of Burton. They are a leading provider in their very specialist field and are presently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a maternity leave vacancy which has arisen. Working in a friendly team, your duties will be as follows:

  • Addressing incoming calls and queries from clients
  • Making diary appointments for team out in the field
  • Liaising with field team to ensure they have all the information they need
  • Building close working relationships with Product Demonstration team
  • Assisting in organisation of demonstrations
  • Updating the system
  • Sending out emails, etc
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

It is expected that the successful candidate will have experience of working in an administrative environment with a customer service team. You should be confident with IT and be able to demonstrate great communication skills. This is a very busy and fast-paced environment but you will be rewarded by working with a friendly team and have the opportunity for training and development.
