Hagley Place is located in Ludlow, Shropshire, and is looking for a person centred manager with strong leadership skills. The ideal General Manager that our team and residents are looking for is a hands on manager who is confident and capable in inspiring and motivating a team.
Our beautiful home is a purpose-built residential and nursing home that provides high-quality 24-hour care. Our team of qualified and dedicated staff are committed to providing professional and respectful care that focuses on the individual needs of each resident.
Hagley Place was one of the first homes to be accredited as part of Barchester's 10-60-06 Dementia Care programme, reflecting the enhanced quality of dementia care and improved quality of life experienced by residents here.

As a General Manager you will have full clinical and commercial control of the home and will work to develop a coherent and effective team who provide the quality care our residents deserve. Reporting into the Regional Director you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance in the home as well as maintaining occupancy levels by setting out creative marketing strategies.

• An experienced healthcare professional who is a proven and passionate manager

• A registered manager with a solid background working within healthcare
• Able to create strong links within the local community
• Confident in building strong relationships with CCGs, CQC, and safeguarding
• Able to demonstrate successfully managing a commercial business within the private healthcare sector
• A hands on manager who is approachable, with a good blend of compassion and resilience
