We are looking to recruit a Technical Support Administrator on behalf of our client; this is a heavily administrative based role that requires someone with technical acumen and good attention to detail. A flexible attitude and willingness to help out in other departments is also required.

The successful candidate will facilitate the efficient operation of the technical department by providing pro-active Administrative & Technical support to internal departments and external customers such as key customers and suppliers.

Main Duties of the Position

?? Handle basic customer queries such as quotes, stock availability, proof of deliveries and discrepancies

?? Assist in arranging collection and replacement of faulty items.

?? Where necessary implementing processes to improve telemetry sales and administration operations

?? Pair devices into sets and correctly log the set numbers

?? Using dedicated software to diagnose and provide solutions to customers

?? Allocating units and locations to the customer using the dedicated software

?? Ensure the high value stocks are correctly stored, rotated and packaged adequately when dispatched

?? Logging, resolving and reporting customer complaints and enquiries to the database, being the main point of contact

?? Assist in the development of training courses on installation, application, problem solving, software utilisation and dispute resolution of telemetry products

?? Liaising with suppliers to ensure problems occurring regularly are fully resolved, providing customers with regular updates

?? Manage the complete process of monthly activation and hosting charges

?? Manage any compliance documentation and assist with any customer audits that may arise

?? Process all sales order

?? Work with the picking and goods out function to facilitate timely dispatch orders

?? To provide feedback to Supervisor on any issues that need resolving

?? Provide organisational and administrative support to the sales and operational department, acting as a point of contact for Sales Order Processing
