My client is an established global corporate who are a market leader in their field. An opportunity has arisen for a Front of House reception/Client Services Manager to carry out a full ambassadorial role for the firm.

The role will have full responsibility for the management of the Reception/Meeting room suite. You will be managing a receptionist. This is ideal for a candidate who really enjoys the front of house and the client entertaining side. Your role will entail a variety of duties:

  • Managing the switchboard and providing and exceptional meet and greet client services experience

  • Managing the meeting rooms and all communications

  • Managing suppliers for internal events

  • Facilities management, managing supplier contracts and reviewing where required

  • Dealing with contractors on any facilities management issues.
  • Managing stock and refreshments

  • Assisting with staff inductions

  • Management of a receptionist Assisting with large scale events working closely with the Executive Assistants in the office.

  • Looking at innovative ways to improve and exceed the client experience.

Applicants must have strong front of house experience within a high . You will also ideally have held line management responsibilities.
