We are looking for experienced office based Customer Service Advisor who will provide a positive customer experience to all our customers & business users in order to retain their loyalty & future business. You will promote our company brand & reputation and promote new products & services to our customers to ensure they remain fully updated on products. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone from a call centre office based customer service background to join a friendly team of customer service advisors

As a Customer Service Advisor you will work full Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 6:00pm

Duties to include:

* Resolving customer queries by phone, email and social media platforms previous experience required

* Reply to incoming email correspondence within a timely manner

* General office administration duties as required

* Processing customer return requests and warranty claims from incoming calls & emails

* Communicating with internal and external departments regarding repairs and spares

* Contacting customers or other departments within the company if any issues arise

Skills

* Customer Service /Administration experience within an office or call centre environment

* A proven experience to providing outstanding customer service

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal over the phone

* Knowledge of relevant software packages (word, Excel, Powerpoint) - training will be provided on in-house packages

* Attention to detail, can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile

* Ability to co-operate with the team to assist customers and colleagues

Benefits:
