Service Desk Manager / Technical Engineer

Birmingham

GBP45,000 - GBP50,000

I'm working closely with a client in the managed service sector who is looking for experienced Technical Consultants / Managers to join them due to growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for consultants to get involved with various projects involving cloud technologies. (Previous experience working in a managed services environment is desirable but not essential)

Role Responsibilities

  • Implementing new solutions for clients
  • Client facing, travelling across the UK to sites
  • Providing technical support to clients
  • Involvement in presales and technical proposals

Desirable Experience

  • Windows Server 2016 - 2019
  • Azure Knowledge
  • Office 365 Migration and Implementation Knowledge
  • Hyper-V and VMware
  • Citrix
  • Networking Design and implementation knowledge.
  • Switch/Networking experience
  • Backup Technology, design and implementation.
  • SharePoint implementation
