We are looking for a part time customer service administrator to work for a large blue chip haulage company that operates across the UK. You MUST have a background in transport.

  • To investigate and resolve any customer queries
  • Liaising with both our internal and external customers on queries and customer claims
  • Liaising with our regional partners to investigate any queries relating to them
  • Creating and providing daily reports to the Transport department
  • Creating and providing daily reports for the customer
  • Managing the resolution of customer claims
  • Managing the resolution of third party claims
  • Reporting daily and monthly KPI information
  • Monitoring the correct use of our customer track and trace system
  • Reporting and monitoring of POD control

Experience and Skill
  • Proven work experience in a similar role within a logistics environment
  • Excel knowledge
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Excel knowledge
  • Excellent organisation and analytical skills
  • Good communication
  • Strong attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Flexible approach to work/training
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment

Shift Pattern
  • Monday-Friday
  • 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm rotating weekly
  • Must be willing to work extra hours to cover sickness and holiday (extra pay)
