Litron Lasers is one of the world's leading solid-state laser manufacturers. Our lasers find widespread use in a multitude of scientific and industrial applications worldwide.
We are looking for an experienced and degree educated Marketing Executive to join our team with a creative flare for graphic design.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of company-wide marketing activities to increase sales and drive growth, including digital & offline marketing, internal & external communications, sales collateral, social media, website CMS, PR, events and advertising.
As part of this role you will be working alongside a creative & entrepreneurial team who are committed to continuous innovation and improvement across a diverse set of projects for a range of business sectors.
The role will involve:
* Management of digital & offline promotional materials.
* Producing creative copy that demonstrates attention to detail, as well as proofreading a variety of media for internal & external segments.
* Competitor analysis and report generation, producing strategies for capturing new markets and developing new products internally and for our clients.
* Capturing and evaluating client/customer feedback.
* Lead-generation campaigns including direct, email, online, and social media marketing.
* Management/tracking/analysis of sales leads, following up and retargeting leads, and maintaining a CRM.
* Producing content for a quarterly company newsletter/monthly blog.
* Monitoring website/app analytics, producing documents detailing performance, and creating measurable strategies for improving conversion rates and other key areas.
* Organising, reviewing, and creating new website content.
* Increasing and overseeing brand profile and exposure.
* Co-ordination and management of all aspects of external events/exhibitions, including budgetary control and arranging for display materials and promotional content/literature to be readily available, and organising appropriate travel arrangements.
* Coordination of internal events/meetings such as quarterly/annual sales meetings/growth reviews.
* Ad hoc duties to support the team where required.
The successful applicant will:
* Have a minimum of five years B2B marketing/sales experience or other relevant experience.
* Be degree educated, preferably in marketing/business.
* Have strong project management and organisational skills.
* Be able to absorb key product/service benefits both internally and for our clients.
* Be able to react to change and prioritise tasks accordingly.
* Possess strong written and verbal communication, and administrative skills.
* Demonstrate the ability to gather and analyse information with a creative approach to problem solving.
* Have some experience in digital marketing aspects such as SEO, PPC, and CMS management.
* Have experience with a CRM such as Salesforce.
* Be able to use Google AdWords and Analytics.
* Have experience in setting up/managing a WordPress site and its content.
* Be familiar with graphic design in Adobe Creative Suite.
